User / You: an individual or organization that accesses the Website, submits enquiries, requests services, submits resumes/CVs, registers for seminars, workshops or training programmes, or otherwise uses any Services available on the Website.

Client: an organization or individual requesting recruitment services, executive search, multilingual recruitment, HR consulting, business consulting, market research, investment advisory, company incorporation, legal advisory, licensing, intellectual property registration, training, or other professional services.

Candidate: an individual who submits a resume/CV, applies for a position, receives career advice, or participates in recruitment activities coordinated by SINTEX.

User-Provided Content: information, data, resumes/CVs, job descriptions, company profiles, comments, documents, images, logos, links, or other materials that you upload, submit, or transmit through the Website.

  1. Scope and Acceptance of the Terms

These terms govern the use of the Website and online Services. Certain Services may be accompanied by separate agreements/contracts (e.g., Headhunt Agreement, Training Agreement); in such cases, the separate agreement will take precedence for the specific content. Continuing to use the Website after the Terms have been updated constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

  1. Service-Specific Terms

7.1. Executive Search (Headhunt)

SINTEX acts as a recruitment consulting and executive search service provider. Candidate information is introduced solely for the specific recruitment purpose agreed with the client and must not be used for any other purpose without proper authorization.

Service scope, fees, replacement guarantees (if any), project timelines, confidentiality obligations, and the rights and responsibilities of each party shall be governed by the applicable service agreement or quotation.

7.2. Training & Development

The course content, schedule, cancellation/rescheduling conditions, participation rules, and rights to use training materials are detailed in the proposal/training contract. Training materials, curricula, and electronic learning resources are owned by the Company or its licensed partners; they may not be copied or distributed without prior approval.

7.3. Job Posting

Employers are responsible for ensuring that all job postings published through the Website are accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory, and do not infringe the rights of any third party.

SINTEX reserves the right to review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any job posting that:

  • contains false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information;
  • violates applicable laws or these Terms;

The Employer is solely responsible for the content of its job postings and for compliance with applicable employment, labour, and advertising laws.

7.4. Career Consulting

Any consulting services provided by SINTEX are advisory in nature. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of consultation and do not constitute guarantees of specific business, recruitment, investment, licensing, legal, or commercial outcomes.

The scope of services, consulting schedule, deliverables, and fees shall be determined in the applicable quotation, proposal, or service agreement.

7.5. Resume/CV Submission

Candidates may voluntarily submit resumes/CVs to SINTEX for recruitment purposes. By submitting a resume/CV, you authorize SINTEX to review your qualifications and, where appropriate, introduce your profile to potential employers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

7.6. Candidate Referral

When you or a partner refer a candidate, the acknowledgment and any referral fee (if applicable) will follow the rules/service package published by the Company or a separate agreement. You must ensure you have the candidate’s consent before providing their information to the Company.

7.7. Recruitment Portal Service

If SINTEX provides an online recruitment portal or job posting platform through the Website, the use of such services shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • Employers must provide accurate company information and have the legal authority to recruit for the advertised position.
  • Job postings must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
  • SINTEX may review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any posting that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
  • The availability, pricing, service scope, publication period, and promotional activities for recruitment portal services shall be announced separately or specified in the applicable quotation or service agreement.
  • SINTEX does not guarantee any specific number of applications, interviews, or successful hires resulting from job postings.
  • SINTEX reserves the right to modify or discontinue the recruitment portal service at any time.

7.8. Job Application Process

When a candidate submits a job application or resume/CV through the Website or other communication channels provided by SINTEX:

Collection and storage of information

  • Your personal information and application documents may be stored in SINTEX’s candidate database.
  • The information will be used to process your application for the relevant position and, where appropriate, to consider you for other suitable opportunities, subject to your consent and our Privacy Policy.

Sharing with clients

  • Your application may be shared only with the SINTEX recruitment consultant responsible for the recruitment assignment and, where appropriate, with the relevant client for recruitment purposes.

Fees for recruitment, consulting, training, legal, licensing, market entry, intellectual property, or other professional services shall be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.

Tax invoices and supporting documents will be issued based on the information provided by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of billing information.

  1. Third-Party Content & External Links

The Website may contain third-party content or links. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party websites or applications.

  1. Disclaimer

The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Where recruitment services are provided, employers are responsible for conducting lawful and fair recruitment practices without unlawful discrimination, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

  1. Suspension, Termination

We may suspend or terminate (in whole or in part) your access if you breach the Terms or present a security/compliance risk. You may cease using the Service at any time; obligations that have arisen (fees, security, lawful data usage…) remain binding after termination.

  1. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update the Terms at any time to align with our operations or as required by law.
